- Competition management. Create, deliver, and finalise busy competition calendars across all three ORIDA courses
- Customer service. Providing excellent service to members and guests. Responsible for running multiple charity and corporate golf days
- Strategic thinking. Capable in implementing dynamic pricing structures to maximise course usage
- IT literacy. Daily usage of excel for analysing financial reports. Use of club management software to manage members accounts, running competitions, downloading reports and regular member communication. Proficient in operating, EPOS, back-office setup, Event Management Systems and accounting software
-Leadership and communication. Lead three teams in running daily golf operations. Introduced and run interviews with all new membership enquiries to enhance the member’s experience
- Sales. Solely responsible for the membership and retail sales of three golf clubs
- Budgeting and financial reporting across all club revenue streams. Orchestrate regular departmental meetings to present quarterly financial findings to head of departments and the Managing Director
About
Oversee golf operations including member/visitor experience, running of club competitions, membership/green fee/society sales & retail for Surrey Downs, Park Wood & Oakland Park Golf Club for ORIDA Hotel Golf & Leisure.
