About
In my career that has now spanned almost 40 years, I have led multidisciplinary projects all over the world in various industries. Now it is time for a career switch and a new challenge.
Since I discovered golf in 2018, this has become a new passion. Not only the game of golf but also everything that happens around it. Last year I also registered for the R&A referee course. Level 2 has been completed. I am also a Marshall at the Soudal Open.
To understand better the problems golfclubs are facing in bad weather, I took a course in ‘Golf Course Management’
The technical experience that I have gained over the years is certainly not irrelevant for a golf club. It has provided me with skills that can be used everywhere. In addition to the obvious human, technical and communication skills, I excel in coordination, I am meticulous in my preparation and execution and I can balance financial, technical and strategic requirements. Due to my extensive travels, I can adapt well to different cultures and I am quite proficient in languages. I speak Russian in addition to the 4 active languages in Belgium (Dutch, French. German, English).
