About
• As a newly created job the first duty was to implement an ERP in order to keep our own accounts and records, SAGE 200 Advanced On-line was the chosen ERP.
• Annual and monthly P&L, treasury forecast, HH.RR., revenues, expenses, purchases and cash control reports for the general manager and company owners.
• Coordinate payrolls with the general manager, taxes with external advisor’s support, and implement new solutions for basic administrative tasks.
• Search for financial products such as: leasing, loans, new bank accounts, card terminal with the lowest interest rates and fixed-term deposits/monetary funds.
• Search for new external providers in order to get a better/cheaper service.
• Coordinate all accounting, administrative and financial tasks among every single department.
