Dear HR Manager,
Hope this email finds you in good health. I am here to find a job according to my skills, experience and qualification. Currently I am working as "Sr. Clerk" in an Administration department of WAPDA. I joined WAPDA in 2007 as "Jr. Clerk cum Computer Typist". In 2017, I participated in pre-promotion training and got 1st. In 2021 I have been promoted as "Sr. Clerk" and again participated in pre-promotion training in 2024 and got 2nd. I am going to be promoted as "Assistant" in near future.
My responsibilities are mentioned below.
Responsibilities:-
• Deal administration work
• Dealing with incoming/ outgoing all General correspondence
• Preparation of budget, salary bills, arrear bills, re-imbursement bills, TA/DA bills, pay fixation etc.
• Preparation of slides in power point for presentations.
• Updating service books of employees
• All data entry/ typing work
• Supervise other/ subordinate staff and delegate responsibilities/ tasks
• Greeting office visitors and directing them to the relevant personal/ office
• Management
• Answering Phone Calls, Responding to Emails and face to face communication
