• Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received Register
(MRR), Storage, Dispatch, and Inventory Control
• Preparation of Material Receipt Note/ Material Issue Note through ERP Software.
• Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
• Maintain all store reports in ERP Software with appropriate backup.
• Maintain store stock register/ Assets stock register.
• Maintaining Minimum Stock level of all consumables.
• Maintaining the proper Method of stock issue maintaining the various levels of stock.
• Prepare and maintain requirement of Spare parts & consumable materials.
• Prepare accurate Daily/ Monthly/ Half Yearly & Yearly Stock Report to review and Analysis Ensure maintaining of all incoming materials & housekeeping records in timely manner.
• Ensure that warehouse/ inventory room is well organized and that all stored items are accounted
• Monitoring of purchase orders/ work orders and follow up for on-time delivery/ performance.
• Cross functional coordination and support.
• Preparing reports for management, lenders, sponsors and other stakeholders as may be required from time to time by the Company.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, codes and standards.
