Position Overview:
Parkland Golf and Country Club is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Pickleball Pro to oversee our pickleball program. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in teaching, coaching, and organizing pickleball activities for members of all ages and skill levels. This position offers the opportunity to lead and grow a thriving pickleball community within our prestigious club.

Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement a comprehensive pickleball program catering to members of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.
*Conduct private and group pickleball lessons, clinics, and workshops to improve members' skills and techniques.
*Organize and manage pickleball tournaments, leagues, and social events to enhance member engagement and participation.
*Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters camaraderie among pickleball enthusiasts.
*Collaborate with other departments to integrate pickleball offerings into the overall club activities and events calendar.
*Assist in the promotion of pickleball programs through effective marketing strategies and member communications.
*Stay current with industry trends and developments in pickleball coaching techniques and equipment to continually enhance program offerings.
*Maintain pickleball courts and equipment to ensure they are safe, clean, and in good working condition.

Qualifications:
*USAPA (USA Pickleball Association) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
*Proven experience as a pickleball instructor or coach, with a strong track record of teaching both individuals and groups.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with members, staff, and guests.
*Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate pickleball events and member schedules.
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
*Passion for pickleball and a commitment to promoting the sport within the community.
