Under general supervision, administers the Credit and Collections of a regional portfolio, which includes approximately 1900 accounts, with $10-$12 million in receivables.Acts as the direct point of internal and external contact for the Customer and provides financial status of accounts to Sales Reps.Reviews the status of delinquent accounts and initiates the collection activity through its resolution.Verifies, processes and resolves customer payment disputes.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
Determine appropriate Customer daily communication by analyzing Get Paid software system data and make up to 100 customer contacts each day in order to ensure timely payment of receivables.
Analyze monthly aging reports to monitor collection targets and objectives.
Makes decisions regarding the release of orders that are above the customer’s credit limit; within company approval levels.
Corrects any errors including misapplied payments, reversing late charges, overpayments, charges backs, etc.
Processes, maintains, researches and monitors all documentation supporting the receipt, delivery, and dispersal of customer credit and collection data.
Completes Get Paid collection queue daily.
Manages communication of confidential customer financial information within the organization to approximately 20 Sales reps within their Region.
Answer incoming calls that pertain to various credit issues such as invoice discrepancies, check application disputes, proof of delivery as well as invoice and statement requests.
Proficiently utilize various software including Get Paid, Oracle financials, and Microsoft Office.
Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

Fluent in English, written and verbal
Pleasant demeanor with strong customer service mindset
Able to establish and maintain cooperative relationship with customers and other TM representatives
Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption
Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
Primarily office environment spent in front of a computer screen (entering and looking up data)
Workspace requires employee to be on the phone at least 50% of the day making and receiving calls
Regularly required to sit
Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials

We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected hourly base pay range for this position is $22 - $26 an hour. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
