The golf course has been completely renovated and regressed with Tahoma 31 bermuda on tees, fairways and roughs. The greens have been rebuilt with 007 bentgrass turf. The course is scheduled to open June 1, 2026. The maintenance building has been completely renovated with new equipment. The range renovation is underway and features 40 covered and heated hitting bays with Top Tracer technology and a 20,000 SF practice putting green and anticipate opening February 2026.
The clubhouse has been completely renovated with a new kitchen, golf shop and dining areas. Two indoor hitting bays with simulators with seating areas are also included. Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and ensuring that all dishes meet our restaurant’s standards for taste and presentation. Experience in high-volume kitchens is preferred.
- Cooking in a fun work environment for a great clientele.
- Memorizing recipes, policies, procedures, and standard portion sizes.
- Preparing ingredients and components of each recipe on the restaurant’s menu.
- Maintaining freshness of product and rotating old product out.
- Working with a team of Cooks to handle varying levels of activity.
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace at all times to avoid contamination.
- Being aware of and following all kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Assisting F&B manager with monthly inventory.
- Maintaining a clean kitchen and assisting with washing dishes and cleanup as needed.
- Full time or part time available.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred.
- Knowledge of dietary aide practices and meal preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines and best practices in the kitchen.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with other staff members.
- A passion for culinary arts, particularly within fine dining or restaurant settings.
