Bobby Jones Links is hiring for Hospitality Desk Attendants. Primary responsibilities include:
- Maintains filing systems as assigned.
- Creates simple Excel and Word documents.
- Oversees telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
- Processes invoices and checks.
- Answers member and guest questions in a professional and friendly manner.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic bookkeeping skills.
- Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
