Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using multi-line phone systems.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving for resolution.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel or a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit procedures is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for managing inquiries effectively.
