Central to achieving our ambitions, we seek a passionate and qualified Greenkeeper to help us realise our goal of becoming a firmly established England Top 100 course.

Overview of Role
Experience in greenkeeping, machinery operation and health and safety will put you at an advantage. Industry qualifications are not a necessity, however, a NVQ 2 or equivalent in greenkeeping will be beneficial.
You must enjoy working as part of a team, supporting both your senior and junior colleagues and have a flexible approach to working hours including weekends on a rota basis.
A strong work ethic, pride in your work and a desire to develop your knowledge, combined with good communication skills and a level of fitness that enables you to work outside and be mobile for large parts of the day.
- Assist the Head Greenkeeper in the preparation and maintenance of the golf course to the highest standard
- Sufficient work experience in operating all common turf maintenance machinery
- Knowledge of basic machinery maintenance
- Have pride in your work and an eye for detail
- Enhance the natural environment in which the course exists
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of a rota
- Basic understanding of the game of golf
