To support the growth of our online marketplace channels, we’re looking for an organised and detail-driven Marketplace Trading Executive to join our team at our Retail Support Centre in Warrington.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in the day-to-day running of our marketplace platforms, ensuring accurate product data, optimised listings, and strong commercial performance. You’ll support the Marketplace Trading Manager and work closely with teams across eCommerce to help deliver a seamless and high-quality online experience.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Maintain accurate, consistent, and compliant product data across all marketplace platforms.
- Support the creation and uploading of new products, including bulk listings, data enrichment, and content updates.
- Ensure product imagery, attributes, and categorisation meet platform requirements and marketplace best practice.
- Use marketplace tools and Excel to manage product data efficiently and reliably.
- Update, monitor, and optimise live listings to maximise visibility, conversion, and profitability.
- Maintain a consistently high level of brand representation across all marketplace touchpoints.
- Use reporting tools and channel data to identify issues, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist with trading activity across marketplaces to help drive revenue and commercial performance.
- Process and track Amazon FBA stock movements, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
- Support new season launches, range updates, and campaign activations across the wider eCommerce team.
- Carry out administrative tasks to support smooth marketplace operations and timely activity delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketplace Trading Manager to align on priorities and deadlines.
- Liaise with internal teams including Digital Trading, Merchandising, Operations, and Customer Services.
- Build strong working relationships with external marketplace partners, support teams, and solution providers.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in an ecommerce or marketplace administration role (Amazon, eBay, etc.) is preferred.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially when working with large data sets or bulk uploads.
- Confidence using Excel and working with data management or reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams and partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify insights.
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience with platforms such as Linnworks, Mirakl, or similar tools is desirable but not essential.
