Position Summary: Be tasked with executing custom fitting services and managing custom business operations at both own direct stores(TM Seoul & TM Gangnam). The objective is to enhance consumer satisfaction and loyalty through premium fitting services and to achieve business goals.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals in accordance with custom business plan
- Operates TMPC and custom fitting system on everyday basis
- Allow consumers to experience TM high-end products through providing tour-level premium fitting services
- Support TMPC manager for marketing execution and sales promotion.
- Coordinate and manage golf schools, academies and teams.
- Ensure the management of ambassador program, HPS especially fitters’ group in conjunction with sales
- Provide swing analysis and club fitting services to development tour players and junior amateurs in collaboration with tour team
- Assist TMPC manager to organize and monitor product availability-forecast and order
- Ensures consumer satisfaction which includes on-time delivery, product and fitting satisfaction.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Tour-level fitting techniques are required.
- Ability to use golf simulator/launch monitor (Trackman or GC-Quad)
- Excellent knowledge of golf equipment & market trend
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data.
- Golf Handicap(required): at least 12 or below
- MS-Office skills.
- Native Korean proficiency.
- Strong English communication skills will be considered an advantage.
Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports or equivalent professional experience is required.
- More than 3 years of experience in custom fitting service or Tour support
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work extended hours as necessary.
- Light physical effort is equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.
- Necessary to work alternately at multi locations.
- Frequent travel may be required
