POSITION MISSION
Ensure that every guest feels welcome by delivering high-quality service throughout their golf experience — from managing reservations to selling products and services — guaranteeing player satisfaction and loyalty.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cleaning and preparing buggies.
- Managing pace of play.
- Maintaining facilities and collecting balls at the driving range.
- Working proactively as part of a team.
- Providing excellent customer service on the golf course and in the pro shop.
- Monitoring and assisting with competitions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum C1 level of English (certified).
- Knowledge of German and French is highly valued.
- Previous experience in sports environments or customer service.
- Experience with iMasterGolf Spain software is a plus.
- Proactive attitude, customer focus, and strong teamwork skills.
