The eCommerce Merchandiser is responsible for developing and executing merchandising strategies that drive online sales, optimize the customer journey, and strengthen the brand’s digital presence. This role ensures seamless execution of product launches, promotions, and content updates that maximize engagement and conversion.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, and UX/UI teams to deliver compelling shopping experiences, while leveraging data and insights to inform decisions. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, build, and manage content in the CMS including landing pages, product information, and banners across the site.
Develop and execute data-driven merchandising and promotional strategies, including personalization and targeted tactics, to drive product discovery, conversion, and revenue growth.
Own the merchandising calendar and lead campaign planning, aligning product launches, promotions, and seasonal collections with business goals.
Ensure accurate and timely site updates, including new product launches, promotional assets, and seasonal campaigns.
Partner with design, UX/UI, and engineering teams to refine templates, enhance functionality, and improve the onsite experience.
Lead eCommerce improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance the shopping experience, streamline workflows, and increase cross-team efficiency.
