Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic, motivated Independent Sales Representatives to help expand Dot Golf Co.’s footprint in golf pro shops, private clubs, and retail. As an independent (1099) rep, you will own your territory, build relationships with golf professionals and shop buyers, and drive sales of custom products.
This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential for reps with existing industry relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth within assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with golf professionals, pro shop buyers, and retail decision-makers.
- Present the Dot Golf Co. product line and effectively communicate our brand story and value proposition.
- Secure orders, reorders, and seasonal placements across clubs and shops.
- Attend industry events, tournaments, and trade shows to represent the brand and expand your network.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline, territory activity, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with Dot Golf Co. leadership to identify product opportunities, feedback from accounts, and new market segments.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the golf industry (clubs, apparel, or equipment).
- Existing relationships with golf professionals, buyers, or pro shop managers strongly preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate as an independent contractor (1099).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven by commission-based earnings.
- Passion for golf and familiarity with the culture of the game.
Compensation:
- 100% commission-based (1099 independent contractor).
