About the Role
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in all aspects of golf operations and coaching. You’ll be involved in coaching, customer engagement, and day-to-day golf services, with mentorship and support to help you progress professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality coaching to players of all levels, including juniors, beginners, and advanced golfers.
Support the running of competitions, events, and member services.
Contribute to the development of coaching programs and guest initiatives.
Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.
Ideal Candidate
PGA qualified (Year 1 or 2 post-qualification).
Strong coaching skills and a passion for player development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ambitious, reliable, and eager to grow into a leadership role.
