Responsibilities Day-to-Day
- Professionally greeting every guest and represent Topgolf in a friendly and welcoming manner in every interaction and when taking or delivering the guests order.
- Ensuring the food & beverage orders are taken correctly, making guests aware of any LTO’s, promotions, upselling to guests and that orders are being delivered to the standards expected.
- Ensure every drink is made to the right specification and served in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the bar is fully stocked at all times.
- Monitor and police the sale of alcohol, ensuring no under-age sales take place.
- Ensure standards of cleanliness are high at all times.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in the leisure/restaurant sector
- Genuine desire to deliver first-class hospitality and passionate about selling.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player.
- Strong communication skills, time management and organisational skills.
