DUTIES:
Responsible for the management of all business system solutions for Callaway Golf’s global master department across technology platforms and functional disciplines. Accurately and consistently anticipate business needs (solutions, benchmarks, examples, best-practices, out-of-the-box thinking) and effectively contribute this thinking to the business partnership. Responsible for the strategic planning required to research, develop, implement and maintain the master data system within SAP and other systems that coordinates and controls all sales, accounting, manufacturing and pricing data for the Company. Design and implement Product Life Cycle Management bringing the synergies between brands within Callaway Golf’s umbrella. Solution interfaces from Product Life Cycle Management to ERP systems which enables speed to Go-To-Market. Design interfaces from ERP to downstream systems (Customer and Supplier Facing). Thoroughly understand business processes around master data across apparel brands helping to provide process improvements by revamping/adopting to new systems and solutions. Identify scope for improvements across apparel brands and automate them using self-service tools and Winshuttle Scripts. Lead S4 Retail (SAP ERP) implementation and roll out across subsidiaries/regions. Build RACI and Process Flows to increase the accountability and productivity. Supervise three (3) direct reports holding the title of Senior Analyst. Travel required up to 10% to Topgolf Callaway subsidiary in Dallas, TX, and up to 10% to Jack Wolfskin subsidiary in Germany.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or related field plus 2 years of experience in the offered position or closely related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be “quantified” by “time”. Required expertise/knowledge includes:
- Knowledge on Designing & Implementing Product Life Cycle Management Software.
- Understanding on business processes (Product Development, Sourcing, Compliance, Sales, Purchasing, Planning, Warehouse Management) to optimize and streamline product launch process.
- Knowledge on S4 RETAIL HANA (ERP) to help with implementation and roll outs to Subsidiaries.
- Knowledge on Winshuttle Tool to drive process automations to increase the productivity and accuracy of data.
- Experience with continuous service improvements driving standardization, improving data accuracy and increasing productivity across end-to-end master data processes & brands.
- Knowledge on Order to Cash & Procure to Pay process to troubleshoot the issues and ensure efficiency across the operations.
- Project management skills (Jira & Zephyr Tools), including project administration (managing tasks, resources, timelines), and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience leading PLM Implementation and Integration Stream for Apparel & Fashion brands.
- Knowledge of materials management and planning in both theory and practice. Configurations, Custom Developments & Maintenance.
- SAP Master Data skills and knowledge of all relevant SAP Master Data setup including Material Master, Customer Master, Season Master, Purchasing Master, Storage Locations, Inter-company Purchase Info Records, Bills Of Material, Routings, and Material Determination Codes.
- Experience executing material master t-codes, performing mass changes in SAP, table lookups, and utilizing SAP analysis tools for data quality audits.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including macros, visual basic and pivot tables.
OTHER: 40 hours/week; Salary range: $166,691 per year – $170,000 per year. If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
