Intern - Golf Retail, Whistling Straits

*This is a 6-month internship. Applicants must be available from May through October.
Opportunity
Under limited supervision, the Intern-Golf Retail will assistthe retail leadership with the guest experiences in the pro shop, organization ofstockroom, inventory management and coordination of restocking & presentation of shop merchandise.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Become knowledgeable on all aspects of cashiering, including opening & closing of the register, ringing sales & exchanges, and periodically checking in golfers
Nights and weekends are required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be approved.
While primarily an indoor job, must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, cold, sun & heat)
Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel & twist on a frequent basis, sometimes for prolonged periods.

The hourly range for this position is $18.00. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
