We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team to support global cash flow forecasting and reporting at TaylorMade. This role is critical in achieving our overall objective of delivering best-in-class financial reporting, forecasting and analysis centered on the company’s liquidity position and balance sheet performance. This role will support the finance leadership team in planning, developing metrics, reporting, and deep analyses into cash management practices. This is a highly impactful and visible role that interacts with executive leadership on a regular basis and drives partnership across the finance organization and cross-functionally. This role will also collaborate across the finance organization to deliver insights and drive process improvements. Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain cash flow reporting and forecasting models that ensure cash generation levels are aligned to the liquidity requirements of the company’s operations
Perform in-depth analysis on areas where cash flow performance varied from expectations to be able to provide clear and actionable insights to the business
Lead the annual planning process on cash flow, consolidating both regional and corporate entity balance sheet forecasts to determine what optimized liquidity generation targets need to be
Identify continuous improvement opportunities for cash flow forecasting, including leveraging technology to improve automation and accuracy
Utilize BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance. Making large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable, and usable by transforming, improving, and integrating data to accelerate key business insights
Collaborate on and participate in long-range planning initiatives of the company
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Solid understanding of accounting, budgeting and financial statement principles, concepts, and analysis
Intermediate to advanced experience with data analytics & visualization software (Excel, PowerBI, Domo, Tableau, Python)
Strong knowledge of financial systems, preferable Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite, Planning & Budget)
Outstanding English communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to present and report information in a clear and concise manner across all levels of the organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills
Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze large amounts of data at a macro and micro level
Highly inquisitive and curious. Ability to ask the next question, look beyond the obvious and be willing to learn new things, new tools and methodologies.
Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
Thrives in fast-paced, growing, rapidly changing environment
Strong ability to work independently and be collaborative with multi-functional teams
Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
5+ years’ experience working in a directly related corporate finance role
Proven record in driving automation/optimization projects
Experience working in a team-oriented / collaborative environment.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
Office environment, heavy computer use
Ability to work extended hours as needed
Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.
Regularly required to sit or stand, bend and reach.
TaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
