PING, Inc., maker of PING golf equipment, is seeking an Operations Analyst that will be responsible for analyzing and improving operational processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and performance. This position requires the candidate to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area, relocation assistance will be provided.

YOU WILL:
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, alerts, and presentations to key stakeholders and management.
- In collaborating with the BI team, document and maintain data sources, including relationships and reporting calculations.
- Assist in continuous improvement, development, automation and implementation of operational systems, tools, policies and procedures.
- Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Management, or related field from a properly accredited college or university; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, interpersonal and team skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Practical experience with SQL/Azure, data processing and database programming concepts.
- Detail oriented with excellent organization and time management skills.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.
- Strong time management and recordkeeping skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and keep up with the administrative requirements of the position.
- Possess an intermediate level of computer literacy of MS Office/Platforms (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, Loop, PowerApps, PowerAutomate).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., PowerBI, Python, R, Looker, Tableau).
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
- Basic knowledge of PING product line and processes.
