Bettinardi Golf is looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our Operations Team. As Quality Control Inspector, you will guarantee our products meet quality expectations by completing both in-process and finished goods inspections.
Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections on live production.
- Perform regular quality assessments on select incoming materials and outgoing products for shipping.
- Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
- Read blueprints, plans and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
- Record compliance or deviations of geometric dimensioning or tolerance for client specification.
- Share knowledge, experience, and skill with other design staff to ensure continuity across all design projects.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
- Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
- Use of inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, thread gauges, pin gauges, etc
Pay Range: $20 - $27/hr
