About Bandon Dunes Golf Resort:
Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort also has an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve, and the new Shorty's opened in 2024. The two short courses are 'Courses with a Mission,' with all net proceeds funding the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon.
Beyond premier golf, guests delight in various dining options at Bandon Dunes’ collection of restaurants. Whether you're looking to enjoy locally sourced, Pacific-Northwest cuisine accompanied by an award-winning wine list or prefer kicking back in a Scottish-style setting with traditional pub fare and local microbrews, there is something for everyone.
Working at Bandon Dunes is a dream for golf fans, outdoor enthusiasts, and hospitality professionals alike. The Bandon Dunes team works together to create trips of a lifetime for our guests. We are passionate stewards of our resort, community, and environment. As an endlessly curious group, we ask questions, share ideas, and always look for a better way. With a hard-working attitude, we help guide our guests through their pure golf experience, immersed in Oregon’s natural beauty and away from the demands of daily life.

What You'll Be Doing:- Master the daily cash flow. Every morning, you'll reconcile all cash drops, verify deposits, and track down any variances. When numbers don't add up, you'll work with resort management to figure out what happened and fix it.
- Be the cash hub for the resort. You'll provide change and caddie cash to staff, manage our internal cash banks, and handle all the behind-the-scenes money movement that keeps operations running.
- Track the non-cash stuff too. Gift certificates, employee meals, uniforms, promo items—you'll monitor all the internal transactions that don't involve actual cash but still need careful tracking.
- Keep the financial records organized. You'll maintain revenue files, manage miscellaneous receipts, and ensure every transaction is properly documented and filed where it belongs.
- Help solve guest billing mysteries. When guests have questions about their charges, you'll investigate, provide clarity, and issue refunds when appropriate. You're part detective, part customer service.
- Support accounts payable and month-end processes. This includes vendor management, invoice entry, check printing, and helping with those crucial month-end financial entries that keep our books accurate.
What Makes You a Great Fit:- You have a foundation in numbers. High school is required, but a college degree gives you an edge. More importantly, you have at least a year of experience in accounting, receivables, or payables—ideally in the golf or hospitality industry where you understand the unique challenges.
- You communicate clearly and professionally. Whether you're explaining a billing discrepancy to a guest or coordinating with resort management about cash variances, you can write and speak in ways that make sense to everyone involved.
- You thrive under pressure and stay detail-oriented. Resort operations don't slow down, and neither do financial deadlines. You can handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy, even when things get hectic.
- You're a problem-solver with a positive attitude. When cash doesn't balance or a guest has a complex billing question, you approach it with patience and determination rather than frustration.
