About Bandon Dunes Golf Resort:
Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve. A second par-3 course, Shorty's, opened in 2024. The two short courses are 'Courses with a Mission,' with all net proceeds funding the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon.
Beyond premier golf, guests delight in a variety of dining options at Bandon Dunes’ collection of restaurants. Whether you're looking to enjoy locally-sourced, Pacific-Northwest cuisine accompanied by an award-winning wine list, or prefer kicking back in a Scottish-style setting with traditional pub fare and local microbrews, there is something for everyone.
Working at Bandon Dunes is a dream for golf fans, outdoor enthusiasts, and hospitality professionals alike. The Bandon Dunes team works together to create trips of a lifetime for our guests. We are passionate stewards of our resort, our community, and our environment. As an endlessly curious group, we ask questions, share ideas, and always look for a better way. With a hard-working attitude, we help guide our guests through their pure golf experience, immersed in Oregon’s natural beauty and away from the demands of daily life.

What You’ll Be Doing:- Build and refine systems that actually work. You'll document processes for receiving, inventory management, and order picking that your team can follow and improve upon. When something isn't working, you'll figure out why and fix it.
- Lead people, not just manage them. You'll supervise receivers, inventory control clerks, specialists, and an assistant manager. This means real coaching, performance reviews, and helping people grow their skills.
- Own inventory accuracy like your reputation depends on it. You'll use cycle counts and audits to catch problems before they become bigger problems. When discrepancies pop up, you'll investigate and resolve them quickly.
- Be the bridge between warehouse and resort operations. You'll work with teams across our property to make sure they have what they need, when they need it. No finger-pointing when things go sideways—just solutions.
- Turn data into decisions. You'll analyze inventory turns, accuracy rates, and forecasting to spot trends and opportunities. Think spreadsheets, but with a purpose that actually matters.
- Foster a culture where people want to show up. You'll create an environment where your team feels ownership, accountability, and sees how their work connects to guest experiences.
What Makes You a Great Fit:- You have real warehouse and inventory experience. A bachelor's degree helps, but we care more about your 4+ years of warehouse or distribution experience. Ideally, you've spent 3+ years managing inventory control operations and know what it takes to keep things accurate and efficient.
- You've actually managed people before. This isn't a "grow into leadership" role. You should have experience coaching teams, conducting performance reviews, and helping people develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
- You're comfortable with technology and data. You can work with Microsoft Excel, inventory management systems (RedRock experience is a plus), and turn numbers into actionable insights. You don't need to be a tech expert, but you should be comfortable learning new systems.
- You can handle pressure and multiple priorities. Resort operations don't stop, and neither do inventory needs. You should thrive in environments where you're juggling priorities and solving problems on the fly.
- You communicate clearly with everyone. From explaining discrepancies to vendors to presenting analysis to management to coaching your team, you can adjust your communication style to your audience.
