The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing & Communications team with campaign execution, video production, and short-form content creation. This internship is designed for individuals with 0–1 years of marketing experience who are passionate about digital storytelling and social media. The ideal candidate has strong creative instincts, a foundational knowledge of video tools, and is eager to contribute to real-world campaigns while learning the day-to-day operations of a modern marketing team.
Key Accountabilities
1. Video & Content Creation (40%)
- Create short-form video content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Assist in video production including planning, shooting, editing, and finalizing deliverables for marketing campaigns.
- Repurpose longer-form content into platform-specific short clips optimized for engagement.
- Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and storyboard creative concepts.
- Support asset management by organizing and tagging video footage for future use.
2. Community Engagement (40%)
- Monitor and engage with Rapsodo audiences across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, and other forums (e.g., MyGolfSpy, HackersParadise, GolfWRX).
- Comment on relevant content to increase Rapsodo’s visibility and community presence.
- Flag questions or feedback for the appropriate team and suggest content ideas based on trending conversations.
3. Campaign Execution & Marketing Support (15%)
- Assist with campaign execution by preparing creative assets, coordinating timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet brand standards.
- Help write and edit social captions, email snippets, and basic promotional copy.
- Participate in campaign meetings and creative reviews to provide feedback and track updates.
4. Digital Asset Organization (10%)
- Help organize and label marketing files (videos, photos, graphics) in SharePoint and Wasabi.
- Maintain clean and accessible folders for in-progress and archived campaigns.
- Assist with asset requests from cross-functional teams.

Role Requirements
- Education: Working toward or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or related field.
- Experience: 0–1 year in a marketing, content, or video production role including internships, school projects, or personal content creation.
- Technical Skills:
- Comfortable with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Basic video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, or Canva
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools preferred.
