Paralegal supports attorneys in high volume transactional legal matters.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years college course work or equivalent technical training required
Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred
Minimum two years prior work experience as a paralegal in a corporate legal and/or corporate law firm environment required
Previous experience with corporate contracts preferred
Refined interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Advanced level skills with Microsoft Word required
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Provide regular support for TPC Network, including the preparation, review and negotiation of event agreements, vendor and services agreements, filming agreements, location agreements, releases and other commercial arrangements.
Provide regular support for PGA TOUR's Golf Technologies team, including the preparation, review and negotiation of agreements pertaining to the development and commercial exploitation of technology, including PGA TOUR's Shotlink data.
Prepare, review and negotiate commercial agreements for PGA TOUR-sanctioned tournaments, including title sponsorship, facilities and tournament agreements.
Assist with other legal matters across the various business divisions of the PGA TOUR.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
