The Senior Manager, Scheduling and Resource Management is responsible for the day-to-day and long-range scheduling and planning of PGA TOUR Studios content producers and post-production staff. This position will serve as the administrator for Adobe Workfront production management software to ensure that staff are accurately scheduled with clear work assignments.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Minimum seven years of experience in resource planning in the media/content space
Thorough knowledge of Adobe Workfront project management and scheduling software desired
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Strong project budgeting and resource use analytical skills
Self-starter with proven ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Maintain holistic view of all ongoing projects and content team’s schedules
Lead administration of Workfront including managing the Adobe relationship and maintenance, evolution and development of the platform
Ensure and oversee Content Leads input of team’s schedules into Workfront
Manage capacity planning, monitoring and managing workload and utilization, seeking opportunities to fill any identified capacity
Assess requests and schedule projects based on resource needs, availability, skillset and budget
Attend weekly planning meetings with Content teams to maintain a general awareness of PGA TOUR Studios projects
Assess needs for freelancers and lead outreach and scheduling
Continually exchange pertinent schedule and resource information with teams involved in the production process
Lead Workfront training for existing and new staff
Oversee time reporting in Workfront
Special projects or other duties as assigned
