We are recruiting for a Front of House Supervisor, who will report to the Front of House Manager. This position requires a natural host with strong leadership skills who will help ensure seamless operations, outstanding member and guest experiences and a welcoming atmosphere. The successful candidate will be friendly, passionate about hospitality and ready to elevate the Club’s service standards.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deputise for the Front of House Manager in times of their absence and lead the team to embody a friendly and professional demeanour, dedicated to delivering an outstanding front of house service.
- Ensure all bar and dining areas are upheld to the highest standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and overall appearance, including equipment and all clubhouse facilities.
- Ensure that team members are well trained, maintain productivity and correctly dressed according to the Club’s staff uniform policy and dress code.
- Conduct pre-shift and event briefings to the team.
- Oversee all aspects of stock control and cellar maintenance.
- Liaise with the chefs and kitchen team regularly to ensure smooth daily service and event operations.
- Demonstrate a clear knowledge of food and beverage products through recommendations and ensure our product presentation is always of an outstanding quality.
- Monitor and maintain relevant marketing materials displayed in the bar areas, ensuring they are current, displayed appropriately, and relevant to the Club’s offerings.
- Enforce safe working practices in accordance with health and safety, legal and company legislation.
- Able to deal with member queries quickly and professionally.

Working Hours: This is an operational role across all 7 days of the week. Working hours will be variable and comprise a minimum of 40 hours.
