As a Practice Center Attendant, you're part caretaker, part problem-solver, part smile-bringer. You’re the reason a guest’s first swing of the day feels like magic. You keep things neat, stocked, organized, and running smoothly—and when something’s off, you fix it or find someone who can.
This isn’t a job where you’re chained to a desk or stuck in meetings. You’ll be on the move—cleaning range balls, keeping the hitting areas fresh, filling up buckets, restocking supplies, checking carts, collecting tees, and making sure the place looks as dialed as the players who practice here. You’ll need to be alert, dependable, and ready to jump into action. It’s a full-body job and one that rewards hustle, attention to detail, and a good attitude.

What You’ll Do:- Maintain a clean and organized Practice Center, including the surrounding areas
- Collect range balls, broken tees, and baskets from the hitting zones
- Keep hitting areas on both the north and south ranges in excellent condition
- Restock tee holders and clean club washers on a regular schedule
- Update yardage signs and make sure guests have accurate information
- Operate and clean the ball washer and ensure the ball machine stays full
- Check carts and radios to make sure all equipment is functioning properly
- Fuel carts when needed and follow safe driving practices
- Empty trash bins and help keep the grounds free of litter throughout the day
- Review notes from previous shifts to stay informed and prepared
- Assist with a variety of tasks to support daily operations at the Practice Center
- Communicate clearly with your team and adapt to changing needs
