We’re looking for a Food Runner / Busser / Roll to support our dining team at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. This role is the unsung hero of the front-of-house. You're the extra set of hands every guest—and every server—didn’t know they needed, but are grateful to have.

Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve. A second par-3 course, Shorty's, opened in 2024. The two short courses are 'Courses with a Mission,' with all net proceeds funding the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation. The Foundation supports communities along the South Coast of Oregon.

What You’ll Be Doing- Running delicious food from the kitchen to tables with care and speed.
- Knowing the menu inside and out so you can answer questions or help out servers.
- Keeping the dining room looking sharp—resetting tables, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and making sure service stations are stocked and polished.
- Supporting the chefs by helping set up the expo line and making dishes look as good as they taste.
- Pitching in with side work, post-shift cleanup, and anything else that helps the team succeed.
- Showing up with a positive attitude and treating guests with patience, warmth, and professionalism.
- Be a team player and take on other tasks as needed, always ready to help wherever needed.
What We’re Looking For- Quick Problem-Solving: You can handle challenges as they come and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willing to work nights, weekends, and various shifts to keep things running smoothly.
- Positive Attitude: A friendly and professional demeanor that stands out in all situations.
- Required Credentials: To get started, you'll need an Oregon Food Handler's Card, Oregon Liquor Control Commission permit, and a valid Oregon Driver's License. You must also be over 21 to serve alcohol.
