The Sports Club Attendant is responsible for greeting, checking in, and interacting with members, guests, and visitors to the Sports Club. This position requires excellent hospitality and customer service skills, along with experience working with computer systems. The attendant will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet all members, guests, and visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate information regarding club amenities, services, and schedules.
• Process sales accurately through the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the Sports Club, including light housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Ensure locker rooms, gym, and other areas are stocked with towels, toiletries, and other necessary supplies.
• Organize gym equipment and ensure all areas are neat and tidy.
• Engage with members, offering assistance and responding to inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned by the Sports & Wellness Director and Fitness & Aquatics Supervisor
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a private community or similar setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems is helpful.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
• Basic computer skills and ability to type efficiently.
Compensation:
$18 Hourly Wage
