Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative and driven manager to manage all of the Food & Beverage outlets across the hotel.
Reporting to the Operations Manager/ General Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager will lead the operational & financial success of the Food & Beverage function along with the development and delivery of exceptional and memorable service.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Duty manager in a similar size hotel/Resort and be passionate about guest experience, delivering standards and have the ability to lead and motivate a team.

- We are looking for someone with a great eye for detail.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language.
- Knowledge of front office & food & beverage systems required.
- Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the F&B department and execute the strategy to achieve goals.
- People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
- Support the Operations Manager in the strategic running of the hotel.
- Set targets for the F&B teams in line with the overall departmental and hotel strategy.
- Support/Oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
- Manage the budget and cost effectiveness of the department.
