TaylorMade Golf, a leader in golf equipment innovation since 1979, is renowned for its cutting-edge products and devotion to helping golfers of all skill levels reach their potential. We are committed to our ambition of being #1 across all golf categories and are now looking for an Experiential Technician/Fitter to join our high-performing and ambitious team, to execute our Experiential events program, primarily across Madrid and North East Spain, with the aim to ensure that TaylorMade Golf is the #1 Brand Experience Company in Golf.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- To plan, organise and deliver experiential/fitting events across Spain, primarily Madrid and North East Spain
- To work with the marketing department and Area Sales Manager’s to promote attendance at events and maximise bookings through delivery of engaging and inspiring communication plans
- To liaise with relevant services, negotiate and agree support and implementation of activities, that ensure smooth running of all events.
- To research and evaluate competitor events to further develop the value of TaylorMade’s experiential offering
- To complete Monthly dashboard and reporting
- To operate within set budgets in relation to individual events and the complete programme of events across the year, including maintaining records of expenditure.
- To ensure that projects are delivered within required timescales and within available resources and budget
- To ensure all target accounts are serviced to the highest standards by maintaining a high standard of club fitting & product knowledge
- To provide sales support to service the account base where required
What we are seeking…
- A passionate golfer, with knowledge of golf equipment and a willingness to travel throughout Spain albeit the majority of time will be spent in Madrid and travelling across the North-East of the region.
- Flexibility around working hours (essential)
- Fluency in Spanish and English, proficiency in using Excel and strong organisational skills (essential)
- The ability to work independently, a customer service orientation, strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly (essential)
- Golf industry experience and PGA trained or qualified (advantageous)
- Experience of custom fitting and working with launch monitors (advantageous)
- Experience of event management (advantageous)
