The Global Finance Systems intern will analyzeprioritizedOracle security permissions and user assignment data to devise standard roles for given responsibilities. This internship will also include drafting guides on the specific capabilities for eachprioritizedresponsibility to help provide guidance to manager’s approving security access requests.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and understanding system security and corresponding internal controls
- Running reports, analyzing and grouping information in the reports
- Interviewing key stakeholders (e.g., Finance and IT) and documenting results of interviews
- Creating the above deliverables in support of security access requests
Knowledge Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, reasoning, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work across cross functional teams and manage priorities to accomplish multiple tasks
- Passion for sports required, with passion/interest/knowledge for golf strongly preferred
- Enjoys working with data and data analysis
- Basic understanding of internal controls a plus
- Self-motivated with desire to learn
- Organized and detail oriented
- Expectations are you will be available onsite for the entirety of our summer internship program: Dates are from 6/16/2025 - 8/15/2025
Education/Work Experience:
- Undergraduate, completed junior or senior year of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems
