The Role – Strategic Programmes Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Golf Development department as a Strategic Programmes Manager. The successful candidate will manage the delivery of strategic programmes and assets that drive engagement with existing golfers and potential new golfers across multiple propositions on a global scale. Deliver products and assets that support our affiliates in their golf development activities, strategies and influencing current and future promotional campaigns.

Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the golf landscape and beyond that drive engagement and adoption objectives on an annual basis

This is a full time position working 35 hours per week.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:

Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience in marketing (client or agency side) or project management.
Demonstrated history of direct line management, effectively leading high performing teams to achieve success.
Extensive experience in managing relationships with third parties.
Proven track record in the effective management of budgets including forecasting, cost in managing budgets effectively.

About The R&A
