The Role

We’re not looking for just another designer, we’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of design and strategy, who understands that a great visual isn’t just pretty; it’s purposeful.

You’ll design across digital, social, and product-focused campaigns, crafting work that doesn’t just look good, but connects with golfers in a way that feels authentic and personal. If you can concept, design, thoughtfully use AI, and maybe even bring ideas to life in 3D, amazing. But most importantly, you design with intent. You know how to make people stop, pay attention, and care.

What You’ll Do

Design with Purpose

Collaborate directly with senior leadership to concept, design, and deliver visuals that build resonance, not just reach.
Create campaign assets that feel native to the golf world; because you know it, you live it.
Develop digital, social, and web-ready design systems that scale with brands, not just one-offs that disappear after a post.
Use AI design tools to amplify creativity without cutting corners on quality.

Bring Stories to Life

Edit and produce short-form video content that captures attention and keeps it.
Shape raw footage into polished reels, ads, and sizzles that actually convert.
Lean into DaVinci Resolve (preferred) or Premiere Pro to own the full video workflow.

Push the Creative Standard

Partner with senior leadership and our clients to challenge ideas that don’t serve the customer.
Bring fresh, bold concepts to brainstorms… and the design chops to make them real.
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment without sacrificing craft.

Bonus Skills That Level You Up

Build photorealistic 3D product renders that stop viewers mid-scroll.
Experiment with motion graphics, illustration, and animation.
Lightly customize Shopify storefronts to ensure every digital touchpoint looks and feels intentional.

What You Bring

2–5 years of professional design experience with a portfolio that shows more than just visuals; it shows thought and intention.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design fundamentals – typography, layout, and color theory — rooted in principles, not just trends.
Ability to self-manage projects, take feedback constructively, and push work over the finish line without losing the spark that made it great.

Extra credit if you have:

Experience with 3D tools (Cinema4D, Blender) and render engines (Redshift, Octane).
Video editing expertise in DaVinci Resolve (preferred) or Premiere Pro.
A golfer’s perspective: a high golf IQ that gives your work authenticity.
