What we are looking for:-

Strong knowledge of golf and course etiquette
Previous experience in a caddie or golf operations role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and service-oriented mindset
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
A valid driver's license is an advantage

As a Caddiemaster, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable golfing experience. You will oversee the daily caddie operations, assist guests with their golfing needs, and help maintain the high standards of service Lofoten Links is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate caddie assignments for guests
Provide high-quality customer service and assist golfers with course information
Oversee the storage and handling of golf bags, trolleys, and rental equipment
Assist with tee time management and smooth course flow
Ensure caddies adhere to professional standards and provide training if necessary
Maintain an organized and welcoming caddie area
Collaborate with the golf operations team to enhance guest experiences
