Landscapes Golf Management and Fountain Head Country Club are seeking a full time Sales Manager to lead our marking and membership initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong passion for sales and marketing, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for the golf and hospitality industry.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the sales and marketing of club events and memberships.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Achieve sales/profit goals of the Club’s food and beverage/events operation.
- Help develop membership and event sales budgets and marketing plans.
- Develop and implement programs and activities that increase and retain events in the Club, including, but not limited to, social media campaigns, direct marketing campaigns, networking events, open house events, and the like.
- Actively manage all prospects and accounts through an organized sales database; Manage member-referral promotion and drive continued interest/referrals; plan, manage, and host member-prospect events with GM.
- Manage Club Membership Sales.
- Respond to prospect inquiries, conduct tours and meetings for prospective events, and sell events.
- Oversee the development/preparation of contracts for all events.
- Helps prospects (including Members) plan special events including menus, entertainment, theme, decorations, and other aspects.
- Recommend refinements for catered events to include floral arrangements, table settings and room appointments; recommend the purchase of equipment and supplies.
- Works with the Club’s General Manager and Food and Beverage Manager to determine pricing and menus for events.
- Works with the food and beverage department to execute all events to a high standard. Schedule all banquet event functions, prices, and prepares event proposals, collects signed contracts and deposits.
- Ensure smooth execution of events by inspecting finished arrangements and collaborating with appropriate department heads.
- Ensure that arrangements are made to set up rooms, provide service and clean areas after events.
- Develop, implement, and monitor standards of service and coordinate activities to ensure that a high quality of production and service is consistently maintained
- Prepare Weekly sales reports and conduct periodic visits/ meetings with corporate officers. Development of related budgets.
- Produce membership newsletter, website content, social media content, membership directory, e-mail, or other member communication.
- Maintains the confidentiality of Company, club, member, and guest information.
- Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the club and the Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service, and safety expectations.
- Performs additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers.
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Knowledge of the methods used in marketing and member sales.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills; Able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with ease.
- Ability to provide high level of customer service with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft, Google Docs, Canva, and social media platforms.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in business management or related field preferred.
- Previous sales and marketing experience in catering, banquets, and/or golf events preferred.
