Inside Sales, Customer Service Representative & Fitting Technician – Sweden
Callaway Golf Europe is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our team as an Inside Sales, Customer Service Representative & Fitting Technician.
Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid role covering the central region of Sweden. You will need to hold a valid driving licence and be located within the territory or willing to relocate.
The Inside Sales, Customer Service Representative & Fitting Technician will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive base salary depending on experience.
About the Role
In this unique dual role, you will split your time 50% as a Fitting Technician and 50% as an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative. You will be an important first point of contact for our customers, delivering outstanding service through expert product fitting, technical support, and responsive communication.
As part of the Inside Sales & Customer Service team, you will handle inbound calls and emails, resolve queries efficiently, process orders, support account management activity, and contribute to the overall success of the department. As a Fitting Technician, you will conduct pre-booked fitting days, and proactively book additional ones, ensuring every event delivers a premium, consumer-focused experience that showcases Callaway’s product performance.
With exceptional organisation, professionalism, and brand representation, you will take pride in ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of Callaway Golf.
About You
As the Inside Sales, Customer Service Representative & Fitting Technician you need to be a proactive, customer-focused individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service. Comfortable interacting with both retailers and consumers, you are confident, patient, and able to guide customers through technical and product-related enquiries.
You take ownership of your workload, enjoy planning and delivering high-quality fitting experiences, and thrive in a role balancing office responsibilities with hands-on field work. A strong interest in golf and product performance is essential.
Required:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage inbound and outbound queries via phone and email
- Confident problem-solver with technical aptitude
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality fitting events
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Full driving licence
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Desirable:
- Experience in golf retail, fitting, or sporting goods
- Knowledge of fitting technologies or launch monitor systems
