Overview
We are seeking an energetic, hands-on General Manager to lead our team, drive financial growth, and elevate the member experience. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing country clubs, golf clubs, or hospitality operations with a strong background in food & beverage programming. This individual will work closely with ownership to develop strategic initiatives, implement best practices, and ensure day-to-day excellence across all departments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in private clubs, resorts, or high-volume hospitality operations.
- Proven track record in food & beverage management and event execution.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and cost controls.
- Demonstrated ability to increase revenues and improve profitability.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a member-first approach.
- PGA/ CMAA certification preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall club operations, including golf, food & beverage, tennis, aquatics, and events.
- Oversee and enhance the food & beverage program, including menu development, staff training, service standards, and cost controls.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow club revenues, including memberships, banquet sales, tournaments, and special events.
- Ensure financial accountability with effective budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing staff across all departments.
- Create and maintain a culture of hospitality and member engagement.
- Work with ownership to identify capital improvement priorities and oversee projects.
- Serve as the face of the club with members, guests, vendors, and the community.
