JOB SUMMARY
The Partnership Solutions and Design Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the LPGA’s Global Business Development and Corporate Partnership teams by developing high-impact creative storytelling, design assets, and strategic planning tools. This role works cross-functionally with partnerships, marketing, and operations to create compelling visual materials that bring LPGA platforms, insights, and partnership inventory to life in dynamic, client-ready presentations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong passion for design and creative storytelling, alongside the ability to contribute to broader business functions including market research, asset management, and platform ideation. This position plays a key role in ensuring all creative and strategic outputs align with partnership goals, support revenue growth, and reflect the LPGA’s mission.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in creating and maintaining creative materials including pitch decks, sales tools, client presentations, case studies, and monthly or seasonal recaps that highlight partner successes and key performance metrics.
• Support the transformation of partnership assets into engaging visual presentations that highlight LPGA platforms and partner integrations.
• Contribute to development and delivery of storytelling, design, and data visualizations that support business growth and partnership success.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design strategic proposals, shape visual storytelling concepts, and align on initiatives that drive partner success and revenue impact.
• Help manage and identify available assets, build new inventory and creative concepts, and identify opportunities across key business stakeholders and departments.
• Deliver ad hoc design needs—infographics, proposal mocks, research visuals, and custom cover pages.
• Partner with data and analytics teams to identify key insights for sales materials and presentations.
• Stay ahead of trends in brand marketing, sponsorship, and design to deliver fresh, cutting-edge creative solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, graphic design, or a related field is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design in a sales and partnerships capacity.
• 1–3 years of experience creating pitch decks and client presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required.
• Strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, visual storytelling, and creative marketing solutions.
• Experience in a sports team, league, or agency environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and design principles; ability to deliver clean, professional, and brand-aligned creative.
• Ability to build strong relationships both internally across the organization and externally with partners.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be a self-starter and team player who brings positive energy to the workplace.
• Ability to travel on a periodic basis as needed (approx. 10–20%).
