Wellington College International School Bangkok is seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Head of Golf to lead our dynamic and growing golf programme. This is a rare opportunity to work in a top-tier international school, located in the heart of one of the world’s most vibrant cities.
Our golf programme caters to students of all levels—from complete beginners to Junior World Champions and elite players preparing for U.S. college golf. You’ll be part of a high-performance environment that combines ambition, enjoyment, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the school-wide golf programme across both Junior and Senior School.
- Deliver individual lessons, group coaching sessions, and on-course development in after school programs.
- Supervise and support an Assistant Golf Professional.
- Design and implement clear development pathways for golfers of all abilities.
- Foster a culture of growth, discipline, and enjoyment in the sport.
- Liaise with families and support student-athletes pursuing opportunities in the U.S. college golf system.
- Represent Wellington College Bangkok at local and international events.
Ideal Candidate:
- A British PGA Professional (or equivalent) in good standing.
- A passion for junior coaching and long-term athletic development.
- A professional role model who leads by example.
- Experience or understanding of the U.S. university pathway is an advantage, but not essential.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
