Work Arrangement: The role will be a hybrid working model, with 3 days per week working from our head office in Chessington (Surrey, UK).
The Senior People Business Partner will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £75,000.00 per annum depending on experience, alongside a great range of benefits, including:

About the Role
As Senior People Business Partner, you’ll work with senior leaders across commercial functions to align people strategy with business goals. You’ll drive workforce planning, talent development, organisational design, and employee engagement, while leading the EMEA centre of excellence for internal communications and compliance.
Managing two direct reports, the Senior People Business Partner will partner with global HR centres of excellence in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Reward, and HR Operations to deliver consistent global and local initiatives.
This is a high-impact role with scope to create scalable processes, embed best practice, and make a lasting impact in a growing international business.
About You
You have extensive HR experience at Senior People Business Partner level, influencing leaders, managing complex employee relations, and delivering region-wide projects. You thrive in multi-brand, multi-country environments, translating strategy into commercially focused people solutions.
You must have experience in:
- Leading HR business partnering across multiple countries
- Managing complex ER and conflict resolution
- Workforce planning, talent development, and succession
- Driving organisational change and culture initiatives
- Partnering cross-functionally with global HR teams
- Using data and analytics to inform strategy
- Leading internal communications and compliance
- Managing, coaching, and developing HR team members
Desirable skills: CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent), HRIS experience (WorkDay preferred), strong UK and EU employment law knowledge, project/change management experience, and experience in a sales-focused, matrixed, or international organisation.
