About the Role
The Golf Sales Trainee (GST) role is an entry point into our
Customer Service team with a clear path toward future opportunities in Sales. Your
primary objective will be to create raving fans among our customers by
assisting them with product selection, order placement, and general inquiries.
A strong passion for the game of golf is essential for
success in this role.
What You'll Do
·Deliver Friendly, Personalized Support: Engage
with customers via phone, chat, and email to answer questions, resolve issues,
and assist with placing orders.
·Champion the Golfer: Share feedback,
document interactions, and help improve internal processes to better serve our
customers.
·Drive Sales Growth: Support consumer
sales initiatives, identify upsell opportunities, and contribute to revenue
goals.
·Stay Solutions-Focused: Approach
every interaction with optimism, empathy, and a drive to find the best outcome
for the customer.
·Build Toward Sales Development: Learn
the ins and outs of our products, systems, and customer base to prepare for
future roles in Sales Development and Custom Logo Sales.
