As Rapsodo continues to grow our business internationally, we’re looking for a proactive and driven Technical Support Intern to join our team in Yokohama, Japan. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams, gaining hands-on experience through device and app testing, performance data analysis, and product demonstration.
Responsibilities:
Technical support
- Test faulty devices with Customer Success team and prepare test report for each device
- Test new app and FW version and prepare test report
Data Analysis
- Prepare dataset based on requests from Sales and Customer Success teams to create content and help end-users better utilize Rapsodo data
- Make proposals to improve end-users’ usage and interpretation of data from Rapsodo cloud
Sales support
- Support Sales team with product demonstration for potential customers
- Prepare target customer list by category to help Sales team with lead generation
- Collect information on sports industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments, providing valuable insights to support Sales team
Skills & Qualifications
- Undergraduate student
- TOEIC score of 600 or equivalent proficiency
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn
- Proficiency in English is a plus
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for sports- especially golf or baseball – is a strong plus
