Mellor Golf Club is seeking a dynamic and motivated PGA Golf Professional to become a key figure in our club. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality coaching to members, juniors, and visitors of all abilities.
Manage and develop the Pro Shop, ensuring a first-class retail experience.
Drive golf participation and member engagement through innovative coaching programs, clinics, and member competitions.
Actively promote the club to attract visitors, golf societies, and increase overall tee time bookings.
Support the marketing and organisation of open competitions, helping to grow entries and raise the club’s profile.
Provide expert custom fitting and club repairs.
Support the club in growing its junior and academy programs.
Act as an ambassador for Mellor Golf Club, upholding its values and traditions.
What We’re Looking For
Fully qualified PGA Professional.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A passion for coaching and helping golfers of all levels improve.
Experience in retail and business management preferred.
A team player with a proactive, positive and professional approach.
