About the Role:
We are looking for a Kuala Lumpur based IT Support Specialist with strong experience in cloud-based systems and end-user support. In this role, you will provide day-to-day IT support for employees across our Singapore, Japan, Turkey, UK and USA offices, resolving issues across SaaS platforms, Microsoft 365, and basic networking. You’ll work closely with global teams to ensure smooth operations across multiple time zones, while managing tickets through Freshservice (IT helpdesk system) and assisting with user access, onboarding, and general IT troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for Windows, Linux, macOS, network, VPN, and biometric systems.
- Manage cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure AD, AWS) and SaaS applications with access control and SSO.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for multi-office users.
- Administer Azure AD, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and ensure IT security compliance.
- Handle device setup, enrollment, compliance, and remote support via MDM tools like Intune.
- Maintain IT asset records, document issues, and follow ITSM procedures and SLAs.
- Collaborate on IT process improvements, budgeting, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Ideally 5 years’ hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure, and service delivery roles
- Experience in working in regional/multi-country IT infrastructure preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, firewalls, and Linux
- Certifications such as AWS/Azure and Google cloud is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with hands-on execution
