Sales Operations:
1) Place orders, reserve stock and create delivery note in Oracle system for omni-channel for East China Region customers;
2) Handle orders for ad-hoc projects, such as family & Staff Sales, clearance sales, internal transfer under company guideline;
3) Handle select Fit order for East China Region customers; 4) Provide data base to Finance team for sales program calculations;
4) Track invoiced orders and ready-to-delivery (RTD) order. Review and make alerts to sales team and Finance team inr order to fulfill the monthly financial target;
5) Monitor ‘Service’ team for Pre-order creation process correctly in Oracle system, and independently create Pre-Order in Oracle system and ensure right distributions for all dealers of East China;
System maintenance and upgrade:
1) Oracle system maintenance for business such as wholesale price, Customer Master Information, and Testing Orders;
2) Track and ensure accuracy of Domo OTTP /OTTR for GCA (China, Hongkong and ***) ;
3) Continually work with IT team to improve business process in oracle system, such as pre-order system development;
Reporting:
1) Conduct daily, monthly, yearly sales report per request;
2) Conduct backlog report and take lead to review the backlog orders with sales team for release / clean/ cancellation by monthly basis;
3) Initiate pre-order pick-up report, review and follow sales team for 100% on-time delivery rate;

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
1) Bachelor’s degree or above;
2) Over 5 years overall work experience in consumer goods industry, experience in sports goods industry preferred;
3) Good knowledge of GCA business culture;
4) Familiarity with sales ops, customer service;
5) Familiarity with supply chain logistics processes will be a plus;
6) Fluent in English and Mandarin;
