GolfQube is a new venture from the Kingsway Group of Companies. The Kingsway team has been involved in Golf Retail and Golf Leisure facilities for over 30 years. The company operates golf courses, driving ranges, adventure golf, coaching and more recently indoor golf simulators.
The Site
The site will offer customers golf tuition, club fitting and a wide range of top brands for equipment and apparel. Additionally, customers will be able to practice and play virtual golf on site.
We will use advanced technology from Trackman 4 and Science and Motion for unparalleled club and putter fittings. Our goal is to help golfers to be well equipped, improve their skills and enjoy the game to the fullest.
Role Description
At the GolfQube site in Cheltenham we are looking for locally based people who are passionate about golf and want to progress within the company.
This is a full-time on-site role, you will help deliver and oversee daily operations for the retail store and the practice areas, manage staff, coordinate events and promotions, maintain inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Skills & Experience
· Experience in Retail Management
· Proven leadership and organisational skills
· Knowledge of golf equipment, brands, and industry trends
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
· Stock management and budgeting experience
· Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset
· Club Fitting knowledge and experience is preferred
